Who are we and why should you associate with us?

Randheer Bhardwaj: An ICWA, CFA and MBA from IIFT; Randheer has rich corporate experience for more than 13 years. Having worked with corporates like Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Unilever India, Tata Group etc, his professional career encompasses multiple sectors and geographies. In his last profile, he was serving as VP and head of 6 departments including Marketing, New Businesses, Corporate Strategy, Process and Quality etc for an IT company. He manages overall strategy and operations for the venture.

Shweta Bhardwaj: A post graduate in Zoology (University Gold medalist) and a certified nutritionist, Shweta has been a practicing dietician for more than 5 years. SHe belives in keeping all things natural and chemicals-free. A passionate foodie, she manages the products, production and supply chain for the venture. She also overseas our oven manufacturing process which follows a distinct Pompeii style brick oven. The oven design and authentic ingredients wnsure that you always get authentic and fresh Italian pizza.

    Food trucks have the fastest ROI across all formats. In our experience so far, we have more than 10 towns wherein our franchise partners have recovered entire investment in less than 6 months. 

    1. Food Trucks are low investment option to try out the market. 
    2. Most Suitable in cases where you are not sure about the location, or business hours, or back-end operations. 
    3. You need to be street smart in order to succeed in this format. "JUGAAD" plays an important role many a times here. 
    4. If one location doesn't generate good results, one can quickly change the location in this format. 
    5. Weddings, small parties, outdoor catering etc are multiple revenue sources in this format making it a fail-safe business. 

    Cloud kitchen provide you flexibility to choose even off-beat location in order to run your business. You don't pay excessive rents, don't need to spend heavy amount on interiors, and still be serving your customers. 

    1. IT plays a critical role in order generation in this format. 
    2. One needs to spend significantly to generate initial buzz and create positive word of mouth about the place. 
    3. You can start this business from as low as 200 sq. ft. space. 
    4. Order to delivery timelines is the most critical parameter for success in this format.

    3. This format is the most expensive across all, but it generates the best brand reputation and generates long-term results consistently. 
    4. Best locations also include Food Courts in malls as they provide a natural foot-fall throughout the month. 

    Some Questions you may have in mind

    The process is very simple. We have a standard Franchise agreement form. Both of us need to agree on that along with commercials and schedule. Once we agree on that, you are officially on board. After that, our team prepares a project plan and then we proceed as per timelines. 

    Why not? and in fact, you should. You should do an independent evaluation and due diligence to find out our business results and franchise partner experience. Depending on which state you are from, either our team can arrange a call / meet-up with our existing partners or you can anonymously approach them. You are most welcome to have a candid conversation to any of them. 

    We have certain parameters to finalize location for cloud kitchen, restaurant or food truck. It varies from city to city. The parameters include traffic, parking space, neighborhood, rentals, expected sales from that location etc. We share the info with you in the preliminary stage. Once you have certain locations shortlisted, our team also reviews it via video call or personal visit (only when you are a franchise partner on board). We also support you with parameters for negotiations with property owner. 

    We don't have any tie-up with Banks to facilitate a business loan on our venture. The loan eligibility depends on a lot of other factors like your individual CIBIL score, other loans you have already availed, track record etc. We don't have any role in this process. We can share the business commercials and projected cash flows with you as part of standard information. Beyond that, we do not participate in any lending process. 

    Our standard timelines are 30 days across all business formats (Food Truck / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant). It depends on your execution speed and adherence to the timelines. On a realistic note, most of our projects have been launched within 45th days from start.
